Saga Corporate Finance advised the owners of Onsoft Computer Systems HR in the sale to Riverside
Onsoft Computer Systems was initially established as a consequence of the demerger of Odfjell Drilling’s EDB division, however the company was first registered as a legal entity by the selling shareholders in the mid-90’s.
Today, OCS HR is a leading supplier of software for complex HR solutions- and processes within the maritime- and offshore industry. The company has more than 150 customers with opreations in more than 40 countries worldwide, and the installed base counts more than 2.300 vessels.
Riverside’s acquisition of OCS HR is an add-on to its portfolio company Mintra Trainingportal AS, which is a leading supplier of e-learning and training to amongst other the maritime- and offshore industry.
