New Managing Partner in Saga Corporate Finance
Over the years, Saga has built a solid and competent team and distinguished itself in the Norwegian transaction market. According to Ivan Alver, Senior Partner and Chairman of the Board, when Torbjørn Gladsø has decided to step down, it is natural to pass the baton to Priscilla Law.
“Priscilla has extensive transaction experience after working with investment banking in Norway for over ten years, and before that in New York. She has been responsible for several of our transaction mandates and demonstrates an impressive knowledge of strategy, negotiation, and client/buyer management. During her time at Saga, she has established strong relationships with several of our Global M&A Partners offices in Europe, Asia, and North America. With Priscilla as Managing Partner, Saga Corporate Finance will undoubtedly further strengthen its position as a leading investment banking boutique in Norway,” says Ivan Alver.
Priscilla Law has been an essential contribution to the company’s development. She has experience selling businesses of private- and corporate owners, buy-side for private equity and corporates, management advisory on secondary buy-outs, and advising boards on approaching a listing. She brings with her international experience from PwC and Merrill Lynch.
“We specialize in the sale of privately-owned companies and have built up a strong position in the market. Competent advice is at the core of our business, at the same time as we believe that personal commitment and dedication are prerequisites for achieving the best result for our customers. We have built a competent organization and streamlined our go-to-market strategy. It will be exciting to see the results of this in the years to come. I have previously worked in large organizations and am happy to use these experiences in the further development of Saga. I am very excited about this role of leading the talented Saga team,” Priscilla Law concludes.
